The “Schuylkill” was the first high-rise building constructed in the Principality of Monaco in 1963, a landmark project by Mr. Gildo PASTOR, both from an architectural perspective and in its execution, pioneering in many areas within the Principality.
The new architectural design has been entrusted to the London-based architecture firm Zaha Hadid in collaboration with the Monaco-based firm Square Architecte. Fayat Bâtiment has been selected to handle the construction work.
This ambitious renovation and modernization program, inspired and driven by the President of SAM SociétéImmobilière du Soleil, the project owner, will propel the Schuylkill into a sustainable future at the heart of the Principality.
Its many assets; a unique architectural signature, thoughtful design in every aspect, a wide variety of apartment types, a high quality of life, diverse services, and its exceptional location…will place the Schuylkill at the center of life in Monaco.
Similarly, the Schuylkill Project is also part of a proactive environmental approach, having successfully achieved the Silver level (design) of the Mediterranean Sustainable Building Label of Monaco (BD2M), with a score of 75 out of 100 points.
